30 Day Exchange Period

More Power Racing is happy to offer hassle-free exchanges within 30 days of delivery date. Please be sure your return reaches More Power Racing within 30 days of the date it was delivered to you (as shown on delivery company's tracking system).

 

Hassle-Free Exchange

More Power Racing always wants you to have the perfect fit for your body. So if an apparel item does not fit properly, we will gladly exchange the wrong size for the right size. More Power Racing offers a hassle-free exchange policy within 30 days of delivery date.

 

Sizing

More Power Racing strongly suggests you get pre-sized. Easy ways to determine what size you require and are comfortable riding in are:

 

Ø       Use the sizing charts on our website, or manufacturer’s websites

Ø       Try on a friend or co-workers piece, or visit a local dealership

Ø       We will gladly assist you over the phone as much as possible. However, keep in mind that we offer guidance and advice on sizing only and can’t guarantee the fit, but since we offer Hassle Free Exchanges you’ll always be covered.

Exceptions on Exchanges

Like your local dealer, More Power Racing is unable to accept returns or exchanges on many electrical parts. Certain aftermarket items are exempt from this condition - please contact us before returning or exchanging electrical items. We are unable to do returns or exchanges on lighting, books, manuals, special orders, clearance, sale, or discontinued items.

 

Exchange Shipping

Shipping fees on returned or exchanged merchandise are responsibility of the customer. Original shipping costs are not refundable.

 

More Power Racing recommends you track your returns so that you can confirm we have received your package. The U.S. Post Office offers delivery confirmation for a nominal fee. Also, we suggest insuring your return. Just take your package to a U.S. post office service window and a representative can add these options for you. If you elect to use another carrier to ship your return, we recommend you use a carrier such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL that provides tracking information.

In the event your product is damaged or lost in transit to us, we are unable to refund your product.

 

If you need to return an item because it was damaged during shipping or because of a mistake made by the manufacturer or More Power Racing, please contact us and we will assist you - in these cases no restocking fees will apply and we will cover the return shipping expense.

 

More Power Racing offers free shipping on all orders. However, exchange orders are not eligible for this offer unless additional products are sold.

 

Price Differences

Any negative difference in price will be refunded to you on the original credit card used or you will be issued an in-store credit. Any remaining balance in price will be charged to you on the original credit card used.

 

Restocking fees

More Power Racing aims to keep your shopping experience as easy as possible with our Low
Price Guarantee and Hassle Free Exchange policy. We do our best to avoid restocking fees. However, in some cases restocking fees will apply. These cases include, but are not limited to, used, damaged, discontinued and special orders.

 

How to Exchange

 

RA Authorization

Complete the online Return Authorization (RA) form before returning your product to More Power Racing. You will receive an email from Customer Service with your RA # or further instructions. Unfortunately we cannot process any returned products without an RA #, and it will be refused and returned to you at your expense and risk.

 

If you don’t have Internet access you can call Customer Service to get an RA # at 1-360-658-3939.

 

Original packaging in good condition

Please include all original packaging in good condition (free from scratches, blemishes, tears, dents, and markings - including writing of any kind) with your return. This includes tags, hangers, stickers etc. A good rule of thumb is as follows; if you walked into a store and would not pick the product off the shelf to purchase, it is not in good enough condition to return.

Unused condition

More Power Racing is unable to accept returned items that have been installed, used or damaged. Pet hair, odors, or other such variations in the products condition will void your ability to return products. Again, please make sure to return all tags, hangers, stickers etc.

 

Pack and Send Back Your Return

When returning something to us, please re-pack all items using the materials we sent. Keep in mind that shipping companies can be very tough on packages! Please be sure not to write on or damage the manufacturer's packaging material as this can make an item non-returnable.
